Please Contact Us for a Returm Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We ask that you try to send all returns back in their original package and enclose a copy of your sales receipt with a note of why you are returning the product alongside the RMA Issued from our Customer Service team. If you are returning the product due to the merchandise being defective or we sent the wrong products, we will replace or refund that price of the product and shipping amount equal to standard ground shipping. If you choose next day, 2nd day, 3rd day, or international you will only be refunded an amount equal to standard UPS domestic ground. If the product has been damaged in shipping, please contact us so we can have our shipping company inspect the damaged goods. On Humidors, warranty will void if you over humidify the humidor.
