These hand made Cabinet Selection cigars sport a 54 ring gauge at 6" long with a sun grown filler and Cuban Seed Habano tobacco.

The Habano 2000 binder draped in a dark Habano Wrapper leaf from Ecuador is meticulously finished with an old-fashioned long curly head cap and tail.

The foot is a typical Cuban cigar tail and the draw is perfect and firm, promoting an even burn with an exceptionally long, clean white ash.

These full bodied cigars are made from hand picked tobacco leaves which are then gone through three years and five curing fermentation processes. This leaves the cigar to evolve into the perfect smoking choice for the true cigar artisan.

Advice

Can I use distilled water in the humidifier instead of the Activator solution?

Yes. However, it must be distilled water and not tap water, as tap water will damage the humidor. You may need to refill the humidifier more often, and it will not assist in preventing mold in the humidor but can assist in keeping the humidification level where the humidor needs to be to preserve the cigars.

What is a Calibration Kit?

In short, a calibration kit is used mostly for analog hygrometers and works the same way as the “salt test”. The kit utilizes a relative humidity standard of approximately 75%. The way the kit works is by simply placing the analog hygrometer into the bag of the calibration kit and let it sit for 24 hours. Afterwards, the analog hygrometer will be calibrated and will read properly the humidity level within the humidor.
