After fleeing Cuba he settled in Danli, Honduras and opened a small factory to continue doing what he knows best, making great cigars.Known as the Cigar Man in Honduras, he opened his own cigar factory and blended a rich combination of Cuban-seed Habano tobacco from the exclusive Jamastran region of Honduras with Cuban seed Habano from the Jalapa Valley of Nicaragua to give this cigar a delightfully complex taste.

The long-filler is brought together by a premium Connecticut shade-grown wrapper from Ecuador. From the first long, luxurious puff you will experience supple notes of sweet spices, cedar and toasted nuts, all without any traces of harshness. Advice

Can I use distilled water in the humidifier instead of the Activator solution?

Yes. However, it must be distilled water and not tap water, as tap water will damage the humidor. You may need to refill the humidifier more often, and it will not assist in preventing mold in the humidor but can assist in keeping the humidification level where the humidor needs to be to preserve the cigars.

I filled my humidifier, how long before I do it again?

After initially filling your humidifier, you will need to periodically maintain and re-fill the humidifier as needed. For humidors between 0-100 Count, every 30 days should suffice. 51-100 Count humidors with large humidifiers should be refilled every 45 days. 101-2300 Count humidors with larger or multiple humidifiers should be done between 30-45 days or if you find any cigars that may be staring to becoming more stiff to the touch. Be sure to check cigars of your humidor routinely on ALL sides just in case one side of the humidor may be more humidified than the other.
